Pack a Summer Punch

Did you know that the English word 'Punch' comes from the Sanskrit word 'Panch'. A fruit punch is normally a drink with 5 ingredients. Try this simple recipe!

  • Lemon juice - 1/2 cup
  • Watermelon juice - 2 cups
  • Orange juice - 2 cups
  • Cucumber juice - 1/2 cup
  • 1 Mango, diced into cubes
  • A teaspoon of Ginger juice
  • A pinch of black salt
  • Palm sugar (to taste)
  • A bunch of fresh mint leaves

Mix all the fruit juices. Add the salt and sugar. Pour mixture into a transparent glass carafe. Add the mint leaves and the mango chunks. There, you now have a wonderfully hydrating and beautiful-to-look-at summer cooler.
