what are the charges for shipping in India?

Shipping is free in india for orders above 1500 Rupees. Orders below 1500 Rupees will carry a charge of additional 80 Rupees which is non-refundable.

Are there any charges for international shipping?

How can I return my order?

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  • Create a 'Return Request' under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
  • We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.

To raise a return request please drop us an email on care@libas.in and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

What are the charges for shipping in India?

Shipping inside India is free of cost (above order value Rs. 1000/-, excluding taxes). For order value less than Rs. 1000/-, shipping charges Rs.99/- would be applicable.

We are selling our products online, we don’t have any physical store.

How can I pay for my order at Libas?

Is there any COD limit?

Yes, we have set a COD limit, it is Rs. 5000/- .

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

Is there an additional charge for Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD orders have an additional charge of 49 Rupees, which is non-refundable.

What can I do if the balance in my wallet is not enough to pay for my order?

You can pay part of the amount through your wallet and the remaining through any other prepaid payment modes like Credit/Debit Cards, Net banking, Paytm and COD payment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

How refund is done against returned products?

The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. For COD orders, refund against return will be given as in-store credits, if you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges/ COD handling charges will not be refunded.

For Pre-paid orders, amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
