Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Yes, free shipping is available only on prepaid orders. For COD orders, a shipping charge of ₹69 will apply.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Libas offers easy and hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery on most items. There are few items, called Libas Art items, which are only eligible for exchange.
1. To initiate a return, go to My Orders in My Account section.
2. Go to the Libas website, click on “Raise Return,” and enter your order number along with your registered email ID/phone number.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after your return is approved. For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Exchanges are available only on Libas Art products. Return is not eligible for these products.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via NEFT transfer to your registered bank account or UPI ID. After placing a return for a Cash on Delivery order, you can provide bank/UPI details of your choice to receive the refund. Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after return is approved.

We aim to present colors as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur due to multiple reasons such as device screen color tint or photographic effect.
Offers, Coupons & Gift Options

Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially before it gets shipped. You can get in touch with our customer

You can change the shipping address before your order is billed or shipped. This could be done by contacting our customer support with your order details.
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and return it to the courier partner along with the original packaging. Kindly inform our customer support team immediately for further assistance.
We offer standard shipping across all products with no minimum purchase value.
Yes, COD is available for orders up to INR 10,000.
Currently, we do not accept international cards for payments.
If return pick-up is not available at your location, you may courier the product to us using a courier service of your choice.
