How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, go to My Orders in My Account section. Or use the Raise Return option on the website by entering your order number and registered email ID.

Within how many days can I return a product?

Libas offers easy and hassle-free return policy. You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

What are the eligibility criteria for returns?

To qualify for a return: 1. All tags must be intact and attached.
2. The product should be returned in its original packaging.
3. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in undamaged condition.

How will my return be picked up?

Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS notification on the day of pickup with the necessary details.

Can I return products purchased from other websites or stores?

We process returns only for orders placed on the official Libas website. If your purchase was made through another online marketplace or retail store, we request you to reach out to them directly for support.

What if I hand over the wrong product during pickup?

Please ensure that the correct product is handed over to the courier partner at the time of pickup. We will not be responsible for items incorrectly handed over.

How will I know if my return has been received and approved?

You will receive a confirmation email once your returned shipment reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality check.  If it does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are available only on Libas Art products. These items can be exchanged for the same or a different size, depending on availability.

What should I do if I receive a wrong or missing item?

If you receive a wrong product or notice any items missing from your order, please raise a complaint within 24 working hours of delivery. Also, share an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. This helps us verify and resolve your concern quickly. Claims without video proof may not be accepted.

Will I be charged for returning the wrong or damaged product?

No, returns are completely free if you receive an incorrect item, wrong size, or a damaged product. We’ll arrange a pickup without any extra cost to you.

What happens if the pickup attempt fails?

Our courier partner will make up to three pickup attempts. If the product is not handed over during the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Care team at 98999 90772.

What if reverse pickup is not available in my area?

If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to us. Courier charges up to ₹100 will be reimbursed once the product is received and verified.
