Refund Policy
When will I receive my refund?
After your return request is approved, the product is usually picked up within 2 business days. After the item is received and verified at our warehouse, refunds are processed. It may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your original mode of payment.
Please note: Returns may not be accepted if the product packaging is torn, damaged, or in an unsuitable condition at the time of pickup.
What is the refund timeframe?
Post return is raised, it takes 2 business days for product pickup. Post pickup, 24 hours to initiate the refund, and then 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer's account.
Can I change the mode of payment for my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase and cannot be changed.
What is the method of refund for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via NEFT transfer to your registered bank account.
What is the refund policy in case the order is lost or undelivered?
If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
Will shipping or COD charges be refunded if I return my order?
No, any shipping or Cash on Delivery (COD) charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Can I cancel my order?
To request a cancellation, please email us at care@libas.in within 6 hours of placing your order during our working hours (Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM). As orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests are subject to order status. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
How long does it take to receive a refund on a debit or credit card?
Card refund timelines depend on your bank. SMS alerts are typically sent for refunds above ₹5,000. For lower amounts, please check your bank account or statement. Please note: that only the product price is refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not included.
